In 1969, we started as a Mercedes Benz service shop on Maury Street, just across the James River from downtown. Most of our customers, it seemed, worked downtown and our reputation for fast service and fair prices spread gradually over the next  twenty years. By then our customers came from all over Central Virginia and we were working on most of the big selling luxury imports in the USA. We were a larger shop with more technicians, but still only a single location. In the 80's, Mark Cooke bought the business and introduced many of the business principals he had learned at Wake Forest University. We opened a second location in Midlothian, then another on West Broad Street, keeping the Maury Street shop open until 1996. At the time that location closed, we were building our fourth store near Brandermill, after opening our third in a  leased location a year earlier in the far West End of Henrico County near Innsbrook. For the last ten years, we have been the fastest growing full-service auto repair shops in Central Virginia. And who knows what's next? After thirty years and tens of thousands of satisfied customers, maybe it's time to take this good thing on the road.
